She has experience in family counseling at Bangalore which is Souhardha Family Counseling Center. Fellowship as a Career Counselor at Samvada and Centre Head at Pratham Vocational Training Centre. She has been an expert in skill training classes, entrepreneurship development, health care, education, livelihood, and capacity building for the past seven years.

Assistant Director and Secretary
Mr. Lakshmipathi R, is a Diploma in CS graduate, the own business field as a proprietor, and has own hotel management, and proprietor office. He has more than 10 years of experience in the business field. Currently playing the role of a mentor to the Assistant Director and Secretary team at Dream Light Trust, his leadership and vision as a social change maker, social impact, entrepreneurship development, health care, education, livelihood, and capacity building for the past four years.
