Shri Kiran Naik has been working for the past two years and has been able to organize a District Level (Chikkaballapur) Advocacy Forum for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. He worked to build a community-based organization for sexual minorities called Nisarga. He also works closely with the Karnataka Sexual Minorities Forum (KSMF) and has promoted the rights of female-born sexual minorities.
