Chandrashekaraiah is identified person who is well-connected with society and tends to have good skills with regard to communication & development. He is working as a facilitator for learning and change. He is a Strategic thinker, well-versed in instructional design and Evaluation. He has more than 22 years of experience in the field of training, research, and development activities. He has been involved in Research studies on HIV & AIDS, Children's Education Programs, Women Empowerment, and Financial Literacy and has also been involved in script writing, direction, and acting by performing street plays on various social issues to create awareness among stakeholders, He has worked as a trainer for Buzz India where he trained around 10,000 women in Rural & urban areas.

She studied diploma in counseling (Christian Counseling Centre, Vellore) and Balasevika Training in Karnataka State Council for Child Welfare, Bangalore. She is one of the founder members of the Karnataka PLHIV Network. Active member and powerful positive speaker in the State of Karnataka and the National PLHIV network. Past 25 years of experience, providing skill-building training for people living with HIV and AIDS all over India, I have been involved in many national/state advocacy and training programs and organized many training/workshops for PLHIV and key population members in the south region.
