Action for Integrated Development (AID) is a volunteer movement promoting sustainable, equitable and just development. AID initiates efforts in various interconnected spheres such as education, livelihoods, natural resources including land, water, and energy, agriculture, health, women’s empowerment, women and child development programs, orphanage home, awareness on different revenue and forest laws, supply of ready to eat food to migrant labor in pandemic situations, virtual meetings on organization legal compliances, training programs, and other welfare of the programs in our target villages of Khammam(D), Telangana. After covid affect, basing on the community requirements and needs, the organisation was implementing various activities like environment protection, digital literacy awareness, finanacial literacy awareness, promotion of rural employment opportunities to rural skilled and unskilled labour through mobile app (Labour India), promotion of health awareness and health check ups, HIV/AIDS awareness, elimination of child labour, child trafficking, child sexual abuses, anti child marriages in target areas of telangana state with the support of national and international supporting agencies, In this journey number of volunteers, social workers, state and central government departments and international supporting agencies are behind with us.

AID seeks to liberate people from paralyzing tradition from exploitative situations and from want and deprivation by social mobilization of people to unleash and channelize their potentials for development that to come from within.
The main objective of the program is to create awareness among the Koya and other tribal communities around their rights to forests and land and educate them around the laws on forest and land governance. The project will aim to create small community youth groups so that the voices of the people can be heard and they can interface with officials for accessing their rights and entitlements. NRIVA INC, Burlington, USA has provided an amount of Rs. 200,000-00 grant in aid to maintain the orphanage home at Hyderabad. With this the organization was provided food, accommodation, health checkups were organized in the home. We have also explained to children about precautionary measures of avoiding covid-19 pandemic such as practicing personal hygiene methods like hands sanitization, frequently hand washes with sanitizers and maintain the social/physical distances, proper health care to be taken for transmission of covid-19 disease.
Health awareness and check up program were conducted with the support of Aadhar Housing Finance and Y4D Foundation, Pune through AP state network with the help of local health department conducted the covid-19 tests among health camp participants. medicines were supplied to the tested people like pregnant women, aged people and children. All the other necessary precautions were explained to the people.
International women's day was conducted at one of our target village at Aswaraopet. The concept of the program is to celebrate women's achievements, raise awareness about women's equality, lobby for accelerated gender parity. With this concept, we explained the role of women in their house, village and nation.
Ready to eat food was provided to migrant labours who are passing through khammam to their home stations during the lockdown period. AID organization provided food every day for 150 to 200 migrant labours and their family members with organization committee members donations and local philanthropists support.
we created awareness using many methods such printing of pamphlets in Telugu so that people can understand and printed multi color posters. we also educated people regarding the usage of condoms among young group. Orientation program to the Health service providers in Mandal head quarters. Awareness camps to the newly married couple in target villages. One to one discussions and village level awareness camps were conducted. through capacity building program we created awareness regarding training, technical assistance, and infrastructure development activities, to foster self-sufficiency and the self-sustaining ability to improve HIV prevention processes, programs, and interventions. school children orientation programs to educate at children.
To streamline the groups, we organized the training programs to members on bookkeeping, savings methodology, bank linkage procedures etc. Apart from this we formed the village development committees with women for their village and family development. To strengthen the women group members and inculcate the savings habit and mutual co-operation self-help groups were formed in the target villages and started the thrift program. we provided the some supporting activities like kitchen gardening, vermi-composting, integrated pest management programs for alternative income to the members.
The organization conducted consumer awareness programs in Thallada Mandal target villages with the support of local government departments. Before conducting the awareness camps the organization printed 3 types of pamphlets in the local language i.e. in Telugu and distributed those in the villages and also distributed these pamphlets during the meetings to the participants.
The organization conducted livelihood support capacity-building programs to the selected farmers on improving the Dairy program with the support of the animal husbandry department and created awareness on seasonal diseases to the cattle and its remedial measures for improving the cattle, resources available in and around the villages were explained to the people.
THE ORGANISATION ORGANISED CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMS ON IMPORTANCE AND USAGE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY AMONG THE STUDENTS, YOUTH, RURAL WOMEN IN KHAMMAM AND KOMARAM BHEEM DISTRICTS OF TELANGANA STATE WITH THE SUPPORT OF RIDO/SRDS/NASSCOM FOUNDATION. IN THE PROGRAM WE AWARED THE NEARLY 52000 PARTICIPANTS IN THE DISTRICTS.

With the kind support of Vitamin Angels, USA the organisation was implemented the distribution activity of Vitamin A & Albendazole supplements in target villages with the support local health department staff members and panchaiths for 500 children under 60 months age group
