Chandana Organization is a voluntary organization based in Shirahatti taluka, Gadag(D), Karnataka. The main aim of our organization is to fight together against untouchability and all forms of caste-based discrimination. It is a common forum for raising collective voices of the Dalit community to ensure their rights, dignity and opportunity through policy influencing, networking and alliance building. We strives to protect and promote member organizations and supports them to reach and raise issues of the Dalit community at the grassroots level.
