Gramodaya Society

Founded in 1997, at Basavakalyan Bidar, the NGO has been tirelessly serving the society in 15 villages such as Gorta, Belur, Gokul, Titta, Prathapur Morkhandi etc. Watershed programs have been done in Betabalagund ad Tadola villages. waste management project has been done in Chincholi Gulbarga, Child labour schools were conducted for 5yrs. Rehabilitation centre for School drop out children was established at Rajeshwar, Gotala and Bhoskra. Population survey was conducted. About 300SHGs have been established and income generation activities like Book keeping, Tailoring , Beautician courses have conducted. Awareness of Covid have been conducted in rural villages and about Masks and sanitizers of about 2500-3000 have been distributed in 15 villages. Also 500 masks and sanitizers have been distributed to Border Police departments and 500 health workers in Border. A helpdesk was established to Pregnant ladies as health program and provided pre and post pregnancy services to rural women
