ABOUT
HWO is a small voluntary organization that enables handicapped children and adults by providing education, awareness and financial assistance. We also help handicapped and disabled person find employment and provide them with skill training facilities which will benefit them. We strive to provide basic necessities of life to these children and adults in need. Currently, we operate in Baguihati which is situated in Kolkata, West Bengal.
OUR VISION
We envision a society that is accepting of disabled and handicapped people and also a life of dignity for them. Every disabled person has a right to equal opportunities and rights like every other citizen of this country.
OUR MISSION
HWO started with a small initiative to help, enable and uplift disabled person by providing them with equal opportunities and facilities. We aim to be able to reach out to such people in need and make a difference in their lives. Having started small, we believe that we have a long way to go in order to create considerable impact in the lives of handicapped children as well as adults. Our primary mission is to be able to reach other parts of Kolkata soon.
