NCCB was started by like minded people in Kolar to uphold the Justice and prevent crime against the citizens. It has been operational in the villages of Kolar especially in rural areas where peoiple are unaware of the legal matters. So there NCCB has intervened and has given legal awareness to the rural fold especially children and women. It has also done social activities like swatch bharath and other activities.

To uphold constitution laws and legal matters , to help people who believe in Law and justice. and fight against antisocial elements and protect the Human rights among the people.
