A group of young like minded people was formed into an association and named "PROJECT PIONEER WELFARE SOCIETY " and got its registration under AP Public Societies Registration Act 1350 (Fasli) Telangana areas at Registrar of Societies, Hyderabad bearing Regn. No: 641 of 1997 on 12th February 1997. After getting the legal entity the organization was carried out the community organization, Health Education & Awareness, Environment Protection activities, Solid Waste Management, Waste Recycling process, Natural Resource Management, Child Development, Thrift & Credit programs, Self Help Group Formations, Women Empowerment, Capacity Building programs, Youth skill development, Welfare and other developmental activities with the support of government and other agencies in the areas of Khammam district, Telangana state.
