We contributed significantly towards a safer community for children and women.

Muddebihal is the backward area; in North Karnataka and the girls Education is one of the big challenges in this area.Due of lack of literacy in the community we found more,child marriages, child labours and school dropouts children,which is increasing day by day.Girls could not able to continue their education; due to early marriagesand most of the girls are getting married at the age of 10 to 12 and giving birth before completing 14 to 15 years. This is affecting both their health and life. Followed all these Cause REACH organization taken this initiative, to protecting Rights of the children and women. since 1993 across northern districts of Karnataka, We contributed significantly towards a safer community for children and women by touching lives of over 30000 in the last two decades

He is a founder of this organization. Before establishment of the organization he worked in different NGO sector. He has 25 years’ work experience. With the help of his friends He decided to stay in Tangadadi village and undertook a study on the child marriage and child labor. To address the issues of the children and the women. He registered REACHS-India, as society on 10.03.1993. Past 25 years he contributes his knowledge and idea in positive way. Present he is our Organization Secretory & also take responsible as a Director

About Founder:

K.Budeppa is born 20/6/1963 at   Boodinahal village. Sunkeshral Tq: Devadurga, Dist: Raichur. He completes his primary education in  Boodinal, Higher primary education in Haddinal, High school Gabbur. Then he completes his education in Raichur.

           Before the establishment of the institution. K. Budeppa worked Science 1985 to 1990 in “Samuha Samsthe” at Devadurga as an Educational Co-Originator and supervisor for five years.

       He worked for two years ( 1990 -1993) in “Sabala Samsthe” at Bijapur. Underworld food Programme, at Sindagi Taluka. Later a He left Sabala organization. With the help of his friends from Tangadgi village of Muddebihal Taluk, He decided to stay in Tangadadi village and undertook a study on child marriage and child labour. To address the issues of the children and women. He registered REACHES-India, as a society on 10.03.1993.

Success Story -1

Sangamma is a housewife lives in Madinal village, Due to lack of scope I did not study & married to Shekappa in a very small age. They are working for daily wages. Presently we are 4 members in the family. They feed bad their 2 children Santosh & Sagar are Deaf. In their family no one support to them. We identified their problem & refer to BD Tatti Speech therapy school, with 2 years her mother also lives with get therapy. Now they both easily understand speech & response, interact like normal children & now they studying 4th class in Normal School. We support to get all social security schemes benefit. We are very happy to both Children easily communicate with All.

Success Story -2

Renuka Patil is a Asha worker in Lingadalli village. Her husband works as a Driver in KSRTC. She having 2 children. Elder son Sharanagouga is Deaf. Her economical condition is good, But she feels bad to her child facing the hearing problem. He births as a normal baby, after In the age of 7 months Sharanagouda suffering from illness, later he unable to hear. Science last 5 years her family unable to get proper supposing hands. Now he is 5 years old. Very active boy. Our staff identified his & do assessment &o refer audiology test in BLDE hospital. Now he gets a Disability ID card. Teach sign language, we also refer to speech therapy. Now his parents thankful that they get proper support by Reach’s NGO.
