Shabnam Education Trust

Shabnam Educaiton Trust was founded during 2014-15, at Bhalki. Our activities are done in all the villages of Bidar to name a few are Joldhadka, Ganeshpur wadi, Dhongapura Kanaji etc. We support the Physically handicapped, Children and Rural women, We have formed SHG Groups and we have two SHGs of 10 women each. We have worked for nourishment campaign for children for the undernourished. Awareness of Covid 19 Vaccination drive has been conducted in villages of Bidar. School drop outs have been readmitted to schools. Workshops of literary activities have been conducted for women and children for social awareness. So far there are 1500 Beneficiaries who have benefited from our programs.

A one day Covid 19 awareness workshop was conducted at Bhalki for the citizens. There was a good response from the public. About 50 people attended the workshop

Literary Activities

A workshop of Sufi literature was organised in Bhalki along with Kannada and cultural Department in Bhalki. Many interested participated in the program to know more about Sufi literature. There were about 50+ participants.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

AIM: Motto of organization is to create on environment of socialization and cultural Understanding, equitable distribution of wealth and mutual help, social justice, peace, love and humanity

OBJECTIVES:  Create awareness among rural community - Organize people to participate in social action process for village self reliance  Promote all round development of rural poor with social Justice  Promote youth & women groups towards poverty eradication and sustainable development process through - Skill development; Promote primary and adult education; Promote general health of villagers about Government; Development programmes and encouraging people to exercise their rights to access the programmes  Develop healthy working relationship between villagers, Government and voluntary organizations.  Promote participatory exercise for the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. Strategies: To initiate socio-economic, educational and health development programmes in rural areas.
