About Us

Sri Vinayaka Rural Development Educational Society

Sri Vinayaka Rural Development Educational Society (SVRDES) is a non-profit organisation established in the year 1996. We operate in the area of C Belagal and Gudur in the district of Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Our objectives include :

1. Creating awareness about environment

2. Child labour rehabilitation and child education.

3. Working towards empowering the specially abled.

4. Rehabilitation and shelter homes.

5. Widow rehabilitation and shelter homes

6. SCs, STs, BCs developmental service programs

7. Medical camps and programs

8. Plantation drives

9. Animal's development (Animal Husbandry Welfare Service Development).

10. To encourage rural development scholars to undertake scientific study and field experimentation.

11. To undertake multi sector action projects to improve literacy, livelihood, health and leadership development.

12. To reduce poverty and girl child mortality

OUR VISION

SVRDES envisages a society which is free from all kinds of exploitation, oppression and suppression of human beings. Further, it visualizes that the poor and marginalized sections of the society will have an equal share in natural resources, irrespective of their social status- caste, class, creed and religion.

OUR MISSION

To promote dignity and social equality among all sections of the society, especially among socially marginalized sections, namely Dalits, along with the empowerment of these communities to get their equal share in natural resources and in basic amenities provided by the state.




Our Programs

ICCAP

The essential drive of ICCAP program is undertaken in Gudur, C Belagal and Kurnool cluster villages of Kurnool district. The blueprints of the future space to learn, teach and experiment about the tree plantations, nursery development are developed and awareness programs are created in association with students, BMC club farmers and community.

The elite work exposure with nature, tribal communities, livelihoods linked with environment protection has reflected on capacity building and collaboration to sensitize the community alertness through the “Project of Bio-Diversity Board comprising the preparation of PBR and “Preparation of environment manual” covering the forest and bio-diversity resources that will give an edge and mileage for ICAAP services through community participation of the needy tribal by delivering various environmental deliverables of NTFP, herbs and shrubs, infrastructure development, land development, horticulture, agriculture activities Etc. The works of ICAAP are windows to the world for playing prominent role in environment development so that every endeavor quite necessary to play the role of a service agency to its optimum level of efficiency with precision and professional justice.

The programme on importance of bio-diversity conservation with a wide ranging topics of forest bio-diversity, birds bio-diversity, genetics bio-diversity, genetics bio-diversity, seed and soil bio-diversity, ocean bio-diversity, agriculture bio-diversity and the changes brought about in the bio-diversity system and the difference between the earlier bio-diversity and the modern changes brought about by deforestation, logging of trees and thereby the changes in the atmosphere and the systems that are degraded.
