VIKASANA started working in a few backward villages of Pandavapura taluk in 1984, today it has reached all communities within the District and kodagu, Ramanagara Districts of Karnataka. It has wide experience in different phases of Social development. The activities were based on the continuing vision of development, rights and change for the poor’. The mission during the year was ‘inclusion through productivity’. The developmental effort of VIKASANA during the year was ‘enable inclusion of the socio- economically deprived sections of society who are vulnerable for displacement from society’.

“Be Human - Humanity is the first step of Social Change” is the key to our work, we envision a society where all people possess social sensitivity as a primary requirement.

OUR MISSION

We are working towards making people self reliant and in the process continue the chain of making people they know self reliant.

We celebrated the World Environment Day with the collaboration of Police Department and Gram Panchaythi Kirugavalu at Doddakoppalu Mandya(Dist) on 5-06-2020.

Distribution of Grocery kits at Mandya District

We distributed 100 grocery kits for needy people, farm laborers in Gamanahalli, Chandagalu village, Gandhinagar, Shankarpura, Mandya District.
