She is MA and has Worked with District TB Control Society, Palamu and the main work to motivate volunteer/DOTs Provider as well as PM in TB Reach Programme granted by WHO. Sound Knowledge on Female Feticide, PNDT Act, Kopal Program, Institutional delivery, Girls education, Mental Health, SHG formation & Promotion, witch hunting prevention along with other organizational Activities Widely Bihar, Jharkhand, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab ,Haryana etc. Her hobby is listen Old Song, Social Job, Magazines, Friendship.

Mrs. Full Kumari assignment is Project Manager of TI Project implemented by GSKVM with support from JSACS. She has 17 years in Social work and Women Empowerment. She is PM of TI Project, Deoghar. She is graduate in Sociology and ANM Degree with Technical DCA Course completed. She has been serving 7 years as counselling Post at Targeted Intervention Project. Her role is to oversee activities such as: Establishing a plan or protocol, determining which tests to perform and how frequently to administer them to meet scientific standards and government regulations with close coordination with District Administration, ICTC, TSU,JSACS and Management.

Partima Kumar is graduate from IGNOU. She is one of the ORW. SUNITA MURMU IS from Sansthal Tribal community from Dumka district. She has completed Intermediate in 2008. She is one of the ORW of TI. Her role is implement Outreach plan, day to day activities, System for maintaining case record, work and activity record Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Support and supervision of PE. Comprehensive training of PE to match the desired level of behavior Change in target audience, community acceptance and support of PE. Improving the effectiveness of the referral system. Adopt system System for maintaining privacy & confidentiality. Organize different type of BCC activity by the help of HRG in hotspot site. Ensure fully participation of HRG in all activity like DIC meeting, Meeting At hotspots, events, Networking, Advocacy and Health camps, etc Strengthen HRG and Peers; create awareness, and increasing knowledge. Change her behavior, Attitude and practices. Promote condom for safer sex. Provide opportunity to the HRG for the mainstreaming etc.

VINAY KUMAR CHAUDHARY has completed B.Com from TMBU BHAGALPUR. He has professional qualification DCA from VCSM Deoghar.He has knowledgem ERP and typing. HIS ROLES 1. DR.AKHILESH PRATAP SINGH is MBBS,retired from Civil Surgeon,Jharkhand Government. He os our Guest Doctor of Statically Clinic in TI Project,Deoghar. His Responsibility is Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and... Order lab tests and interprets the test results. Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times. Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports. Examine all FSW,HRG and their couples for proper check up treatment and referred etc.
